1World Consultants were contracted to provide a design, specification, BoQ, construction drawings, construction management and close-out for all Electrical and Electronic services at the New 143-unit Le Boulevard development located in Umhlanga.
Project Scope
Electrical services design for the development of 143 Hi-rise luxury apartments in Umhlanga. Design included backup power for common areas, lighting design, LV reticulation design, telephone and intercom distribution, DSTV distribution, internet/fibre distribution, supply establishment with the Municipality, green building design aspects, construction management and close-out.
