1World Consultants undertook the Basic Assessment Process for the proposed demolishing and re-build of a residential dwelling situated at Eastmoor Crescent, La Lucia within the eThekwini Municipality. The site is located within an urban area and approximately 100m from the High-Water Mark of the sea (HWM). The extent of the proposed new development will be 1144m2. The area is currently zoned as special residential.
